Hi! Thanks for stopping by.

I’m Liv, and hopefully, my business name makes me easy to remember!

I’m a registered dietitian based in Victoria, BC. But don’t call me an islander just yet—I’ve only been here since 2022. Before that, I grew up in Vancouver, earned my Bachelor’s of Human Kinetics at UBC Okanagan in Kelowna, and completed my Bachelor’s of Science in Applied Human Nutrition & Dietetics at MSVU in Halifax. Oh, and I managed to squeeze in a study abroad at QUT in Brisbane. If you haven’t caught on yet, I like to keep things interesting!

Education is one thing, but what really matters is why you’d want to work with me. I aim to make all my appointments a positive experience—one where you feel heard, understood, and yes, even have a few laughs along the way. Health goals are serious, but that doesn’t mean we can’t have some fun while we work toward them.

I’m passionate about helping people improve their relationship with food—to see it not as a set of numbers but as something joyful and nourishing for both body and mind. My practice has taken me through long-term care, community health, bariatric surgery, lifestyle medicine, women’s health, and weight management. I love a new challenge and am always ready to dig into the research to support you however I can.

Outside of the clinic, you’ll find me spending time with my dog, Benny, reading a good book, obsessing over fashion (leopard print, anyone?), or teaching spin classes (come ride with me sometime!).

If you’ve made it this far, I hope you’re feeling ready to take the next step! I’d love to be your personal cheerleader as you work toward your health goals.
