Together, we’ll create a realistic and sustainable plan that fits into your life including personalized recommendations and actionable steps to help you move towards your health goals.

    We’ll review your progress and address any challenges or changes since our initial meeting. We’ll discuss how your personalized nutrition plan is fitting into your daily life, celebrate your successes, and tackle any obstacles you may have encountered. Whether it’s adjusting portion sizes, fine-tuning food choices, or troubleshooting specific issues, we’ll ensure the plan continues to work for you.

  • Discovery Call

    This is a free, no-obligation chat where we can get to know each other and see if we’re a good fit to work together. During this 15 minute conversation, we’ll discuss your current health goals, any specific nutrition concerns, and how I might support you in reaching those goals. It’s also a chance for you to ask questions about my approach and services. Please note, this call is not a nutrition consultation and won’t include specific dietary recommendations. Instead, it’s designed to explore how we can work together to meet your needs and set the stage for future appointments.
